This Privacy Policy governs the operations of EkaAI Tech ("EkaAI", "we", "our" or "us"), an independent software engineering studio providing web applications, mobile engineering, intelligent AI systems, cloud architecture and systems programming.

- Isolated Repositories: Each client engagement is hosted in isolated, access-controlled Git repo.
- NDAs: We execute NDA prior to accessing existing codebases or reviewing confidential product blueprints.

- Active Client Projects: Retained for the duration of the development agreement plus warranty and maintenance periods.
- Inquiries Without Engagement: Information provided in project scoping forms that do not result in a contract is archived and deleted within 12 months.
- Server Log Files: Raw CDN edge access logs are automatically overwritten or deleted on a 30-day rolling cycle.
- Deletion Requests: When a client or prospective client requests data deletion, we execute data erasure on request.
